We are currently looking, for our group based in Grass, a few kilometers from the Belgian border, for a:

Stock Driver (M/F)
Grass, Permanent contract, Full time

MAIN MISSIONS
As a Stock Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery and transport of equipment (copiers, toners, devices, consumables) to our clients, in compliance with deadlines, internal procedures and the company’s quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery of equipment and consumables:

• Carry out deliveries of equipment and consumables according to the established schedule.
• Before each departure: check the schedule with the delivery department and then with the warehouse, depending on the type of intervention.
• Inform the warehouse in case of delay, difficulty or unforeseen event during the rounds.
• Handle urgent requests related to deliveries.
• Carry out moves and retrievals of equipment at clients’ premises.
• Systematically have delivery notes signed.
• At the end of the day, return all signed delivery notes to the warehouse.

Maintenance and management of work equipment:

• Load and unload equipment into the van in a safe and organized manner.
• Ensure the replenishment of necessary supplies.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and overall good condition of the van.

Various activities:

• Optimize routes to reduce costs, limit the carbon footprint and improve the efficiency of rounds.
• Transport documents for the scanning department.
• Provide support with tidying and organizing the warehouse when necessary.
• Run certain errands for management.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Experience: Initial successful experience in a similar position is desired.

Key skills:

• Excellent service mindset and good interpersonal skills.
• Organization, thoroughness and autonomy.
• Careful, responsible and eco-responsible driving.
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively.
• Very good knowledge of Luxembourg territory.

Languages: Perfect command of French. A good understanding of English is required. Any additional language such as Luxembourgish and/or German will be considered an asset.
