GENERALE DESCRIPTION

You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, with a particular focus on industrialization, process automation, quality assurance, and the adoption of the most suitable technologies to meet future challenges.

As a technical reference, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic choices in software development. Your role will be to guide the team towards excellence by introducing innovative practices, ensuring technical coherence in solutions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

This position represents a unique opportunity for an ambitious talent to play a key role in the company’s transformation by developing a “CK Software Factory” dedicated to software publishing.

The key responsibilities of the role include three essential areas:

• Development and Innovation: Designing and developing innovative software solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Industrialization and Automation: Implementing modern processes to optimize efficiency (Docker, CI/CD).
• Strategy and Collaboration: Working closely with commercial teams to position the company in this rapidly expanding market.

The goal for the Software Development Expert will be, in the medium term, to take on greater responsibilities in managing this “CK Software Factory”, with the challenge of building a distinctive and competitive offering, contributing to the company’s growth and diversification.

MAIN TASKS

The Software Development Expert will be responsible for:

Development and Innovation

• Designing and developing software solutions that meet client needs.
• Providing recommendations on using modern and appropriate technologies.
• Contributing to the creation of a distinctive software offering for the company.

Strategic Contribution

• Identifying growth opportunities in the software publishing sector.
• Collaborating with commercial teams to define winning strategies.
• Laying the foundations for a long-term vision for the client department.

Industrialization and Automation

• Establishing modern and scalable work environments (Docker, GitHub, CI/CD).
• Contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.

Leadership Prospects

• Developing skills in team management and strategy.
• Progressing towards a leadership role in the “CK Software Factory” in the coming years.

Technology Monitoring

• Continuously monitoring technological advancements in software development (such as Node.js, Svelte) and other modern frameworks, as well as industrialization and automation tools.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 minimum) in Information Systems.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, ideally with experience on ambitious projects or in startup environments.

Technical Skills:

• Solid expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Node.js, Svelte, .Net, PHP, SQL, HTML, JSON, and JavaScript).
• Experience with industrialization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, or similar, as well as CI/CD implementation).
• Strong knowledge of methodologies: MVC and alternative architectures, REST APIs/API RESTful design, full-stack (decoupled) development, etc.
• Application of AI in software development (Machine Learning, testing, performance, etc.) and the use of LLM to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
