Our brand CK | Sport&Fitness (50 employees) supports you in your athletic personal development. You can find us in one of our 4 fitness centers in Bertrange, Esch/Alzette, Junglinster and Mersch, as well as in our sports complex, the Sportcenter in Kockelscheuer.

Sales Consultant (H/F)

MAIN MISSIONS
As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for marketing the company’s services and products to a clientele of prospects and existing customers. You develop and build loyalty within your client portfolio through a proactive, results-oriented approach. You contribute actively to the company’s growth by achieving the individual objectives defined by the Sales Management, while ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
MAIN TASKS
MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Prospect management:
- Prepare your prospecting and visits
- Carry out telephone and field prospecting
- Make appointments
- Present all the group’s activities
- Identify the company’s needs and provide advice
- Present and justify your commercial offer
- Follow up on and close your commercial offer
Client portfolio management:
- Inform the clients in your portfolio about the group’s new products (machines, services, etc.)
- Visit your clients regularly and identify their new needs
- Build customer loyalty
- Close sales files
- Increase the penetration rate among existing customers
- Handle various internal or external requests (complaints, claims, sponsorship, etc.)
Order processing and follow-up:
- Prepare order details and forward invoicing information
- Communicate information regarding delivery files
- Monitor delivery times
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT:
CRM management:
- Enter and update the database (prospects, clients, etc.)
- Monitor commercial activity (actions, diary, offers, forecasts, compliance with processing deadlines, file closure, etc.)
- Monitor prospects and clients
Commercial offers:
- Prepare offers and forward them to the Sales Assistant
- Research information on the evolution of the client’s needs
- Request pricing adapted to the client’s needs
Accounting / invoicing:
- Follow up on unpaid invoices
- Adjust contracts if needed
- Manage contracts and amendments
Mail / email:
- Receive and sort incoming mail (orders, requests for quotations, contract termination, credit check, etc.)
- Process incoming mail
- Monitor commercial email inboxes
- Forward files
Participation in promotional operations:
- Invite clients to events
- Follow up on invitations sent
- Take part in trade fairs, shows, exhibitions… internal or external
TEAM COLLABORATION:
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales Assistant in day-to-day activity
- Be able to manage commercial projects common to several departments
- Share your professional experience with other sales staff (senior or junior)
- Promote collaboration with other departments in the Sales division as well as After-Sales, invoicing, etc.
- Pass on essential information to your hierarchy
- Improve the existing organization (being a driving force for proposals, taking initiative, implementing new procedures, etc.)
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Education: Minimum 2-year higher education degree (Bac +2 or equivalent) in Sales / Commercial fields
- Experience: Initial successful experience in a similar position is desirable
Technical skills:
- Proficient in IT and office tools (Word, Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Good knowledge of how a company operates and its processes
- Professional writing skills (spelling, vocabulary, clarity)
- Use of social networks as a professional communication channel
- Technological watch and monitoring of market developments

Languages: Fluency in French and English is required. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
