Our CK | Sport&Fitness brand (50 employees) offers one of the country’s largest indoor sports complexes, with a multitude of pitches, as well as 4 fitness centers.


Major Account, Sales Manager (M/F)



  • Lead and supervise the sales strategy implemented within the company with a view to increasing sales, revenues and margins
  • Develop and retain a customer portfolio
  • Development of future visions/approaches, choice of solutions for company development
  • Management of a sales teame



Sales :

  • Set sales targets and monitor their achievement
  • Prospect new markets
  • Manage the sales cycle through all stages, right up to closing
  • Solicit pre-sales resources, find the right levers and know how to differentiate from competitors
  • Define operational marketing plans with the Marketing Manager
  • Supervise sales administration
  • Participate in high-level commercial negotiations in close collaboration with management
  • Directly monitor certain major and long-standing customers
  • Manage all sales budgets
  • Benchmark competitive practices.
  • Ensure the profitability of each department
  • Ensure commercial quality
  • Collaborate actively with other company departments, fostering synergies.


Support management:

  • Report regularly on sales activities
  • Guarantee the quality of customer relations
  • Participate in the strategic choice of products and solutions
  • Propose new sales initiatives
  • Supervise sales projects
  • Network / Represent CK at events


Coordination :

  • Energize, monitor and support a small sales team
  • Coach, motivate, support customers
  • Support teleprospecting activity
  • Relations with strategic suppliers



You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with initial successful experience in team management.


In addition, you have the following strengths:

  • Computer skills with a taste for innovative technologies.
  • Excellent communication, listening and charismatic skills
  • Ability to convince
  • Passionate about sales, dynamic and persevering
  • Enterprising and optimistic by nature, you demonstrate autonomy in your actions and work as a team player on a daily basis.
  • Sense of organization and rigor
  • Excellent communication skills (information transmission or research, telephone…)
  • Excellent writing skills (spelling, vocabulary, etc.)
  • Mastery of IT and office automation tools (MS-Office)


Langues : Fluent in Luxembourgish, German, French and English (spoken and written).

Formation : 5 years’ higher education or equivalent (Grandes Ecoles, Business Schools, Engineering Schools, Professional Masters: Business and Sales, Sales Management and Marketing…)
