IT System Engineer

Through our brand CK | Office Technologies (150 employees) we accompany our customers in their digital evolution, improve the working experience of their employees and make their organization more efficient.
Our brand CK | Sport&Fitness (50 employees) offers one of the largest indoor sports complexes in the country with a multitude of fields and 4 fitness centers.
In order to strengthen our IT department, we are looking for :
IT System Engineer (M/F)
CDI, Full time / Availability: ASAP
MAIN MISSIONS
- Installation and maintenance of the internal IT infrastructure of the CK group and client
- Support to the internal users of the CK group and customers
MAIN TASKS
Installation and maintenance of the internal IT infrastructure of the CK Group and customers (as needed):
- Maintenance of software installations
- Maintenance of hardware installations
- Back-up control
- Network activity monitoring
- Continuous improvement of services and infrastructure
Support to internal users of the CK group and customers (as needed):
- Installations / Moving of hardware
- Mobility support (Smartphones, tablets,…)
- Office suite user support
- Email support
- Telephony support
REQUIRED PROFILE
Education :Bac +2 in the IT management sector
SKILLS / QUALITIES REQUIRED
- Technological watch
- Organization / Rigor
- Fast learning
- Autonomous
- Take initiative
- Good knowledge of the company and its organization
- Good communication skills (transmission or research of information, telephone…)
- Good writing skills (spelling, vocabulary…)
- Compulsory computer skills in Software (Windows Server, Office 365 Suite, VMWare, Veeam back up software,…)
- Skills in the field of information security
Langues :
Fluency in French and English is essential.
German and Luxembourgish are a plus.
