Inside Sales (M/F) Luxembourg

MISSIONS
As an Inside Sales, your main mission will be to manage a portfolio of existing customers (loyalty and telephone sales) and to develop a portfolio of new customers. You will answer customers’ questions, advise them and propose alternatives/products/promotions according to their needs.
PRINCIPALES TACHES
In order to carry out his/her missions, the Inside Sales must :
- Contact customers directly (phone/email)
- Actively call existing customers to propose new products.
- Prospect for new customers by phone
- Issue quotes for new contracts, renewals of existing contracts and spare parts or consumables
- Negotiate commercial proposals
- Take charge of the administrative management of his files
- Collaborate with the external sales team
- Keep up to date with the products offered
- Build and maintain a lasting relationship with your customer portfolio.
- Study the commercial opportunities of the sector
- Develop the turnover in order to reach the company’s objectives as well as his/her personal objectives
REQUIRED PROFILE
Professional Experience: A 1st experience in the field or equivalent is an advantage.

Langues : Fluency in French and English is imperative. Any other language (Luxembourgish, German…) is considered an advantage.
