Inside Sales (M/F) Luxembourg

CDI, Full time / Availability : ASAP


As an Inside Sales, your main mission will be to manage a portfolio of existing customers (loyalty and telephone sales) and to develop a portfolio of new customers. You will answer customers’ questions, advise them and propose alternatives/products/promotions according to their needs.



In order to carry out his/her missions, the Inside Sales must :

  • Contact customers directly (phone/email)
  • Actively call existing customers to propose new products.
  • Prospect for new customers by phone
  • Issue quotes for new contracts, renewals of existing contracts and spare parts or consumables
  • Negotiate commercial proposals
  • Take charge of the administrative management of his files
  • Collaborate with the external sales team
  • Keep up to date with the products offered
  • Build and maintain a lasting relationship with your customer portfolio.
  • Study the commercial opportunities of the sector
  • Develop the turnover in order to reach the company’s objectives as well as his/her personal objectives



Professional Experience: A 1st experience in the field or equivalent is an advantage.

Langues : Fluency in French and English is imperative. Any other language (Luxembourgish, German…) is considered an advantage.
