Financial Analyst
Through our CK | Office Technologies brand (150 employees), we offer rental and sales of digital solutions for printing, scanning and global management of business documents. We also offer a multitude of services enabling companies to concentrate fully on their core business.
Our CK | Sport&Fitness brand (50 employees) focuses on personal sports development in 4 fitness centers in Bertrange, Esch/Alzette, Junglinster and Mersch, as well as in our Sportcenter complex in Kockelscheuer.

MANS MISSIONS
The Financial Analyst is responsible for examining, verifying and analyzing the financial data and documents submitted by our customers wishing to lease hardware and software.
This process, known as “credit check”, enables the company to validate or not the files submitted by our customers’ sales departments.
The Financial Analyst also ensures that rules and procedures are applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and regulations, balancing business view and risk. He/she is responsible for establishing and managing accepted files over their duration.
TASKS
The Financial Analyst’s role is to :
- Identify the risks inherent in customers, and express an opinion on the position to adopt to facilitate management decision-making.
- Analyze existing and future balance sheets and cash flows, as well as counterparty ratings.
- Prepare files for the Finance Committee and attend meetings of the various committees as required, in order to support its risk opinion.
- Ensure strict application of credit risk procedures and guidelines.
- Draw up and check lease contracts
- Validate supplier invoices after checking documents
- Issue monthly invoices for the various contracts.
- Manage early termination of contracts.
- Close files
Once all these tasks have been mastered, the position may evolve towards management control tasks:
- Analyze and measure the structure’s performance
- Monitoring budgets and forecasts
- Suggest corrective action after variance analysis
- Provide technical assistance in management and cost studies
- Assist the accounting department: monitor budgeting, compare accounting statements with reporting results, check inventories, inform the accounting department of items to be included in the results, etc.
- Analyze cost prices, costs, hourly rates, market trends, etc.
- Work in close collaboration with the Management Controller.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Education: BAC+3 in finance, accounting, banking.
Experience: A first experience in the field would be a plus.

Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory. German and Luxembourgish are considered an advantage.
