Delivery Officer
Delivery Officer (H/F) Grass, CDI, Temps plein
MAIN MISSION The Delivery Officer is responsible for the full coordination of customer interventions, from appointment scheduling to route planning, ensuring optimal use of resources and high service quality. They play a key interface role between customers, technical teams, and internal functions to ensure smooth, responsive, and compliant execution of logistics and technical operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer coordination:
- Schedule customer appointments by phone and email
- Confirm interventions (delivery, pickup, installation)
- Manage schedule adjustments based on constraints and unforeseen events
Intervention preparation (pre-check):
- Verify and validate customer information (address, contacts, infrastructure)
- Analyze on-site constraints (logistics, safety, accessibility)
- Define the type of intervention required (delivery, pickup, consumables)
Route planning:
- Organize daily delivery technicians’ routes
- Optimize routes and geographic distribution of interventions
- Assign technicians based on their skills and workload
- Communicate schedules and instructions to field teams
Internal coordination:
- Coordinate activities with sales, technical, and logistics teams
- Contribute to the improvement and monitoring of logistical and organizational processes
- Adjust schedules in real time based on operational contingencies
- Ensure data is updated in internal tools (ERP)
- Guarantee tracking and traceability of interventions and equipment movements
PROFILE REQUIRED
Experience: A first successful experience in a similar role is preferred.
Key skills:
- Experience in planning, dispatch, or logistics coordination
- Excellent customer service skills (phone and email)
- Good command of IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
- Solid understanding of logistics or technical workflows
Personal qualities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and unexpected situations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and structured mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Languages: Full proficiency in French. A good understanding of English is required. Any additional language such as Luxembourgish and/or German will be considered an asset.
