1 QUALITY PROJECT LEADER H/F

Luxembourg, CDI, Full-time
Availability: ASAP 

Tasks : 

The Quality Project Leader defines and implements the quality policy of the company in collaboration with the management and according to the strategy of the company by associating indicators and control processes. He is responsible for the compliance of the company’s processes with internal and external requirements (compliance with standards, legal requirements, customer expectations, etc.). He coordinates the activities related to the procedures and quality methodologies of the company.

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Organize and maintain the quality system and oversee its implementation at all levels of the company
  • Define and implement the communication plan on the quality policy and program
  • Ensure the proper understanding and application of quality procedures and approaches through training and methodological assistance
  • Identify and analyze quality problems and propose corrective actions
  • Promote performance improvement plans, continuous improvement culture and best practices among employees
  • Define and follow quality management tools (document system, indicators …)
  • Organize and supervise internal and external quality audits
  • Ensuring the normative and regulatory watch
  • Prepare the specific certification or accreditation procedures and ensure the sustainability of the certifications in force
  • Define and implement the approach of social responsibility and sustainable development of the company (CSR)
  • Participate in the implementation of the quality management system

  • Define and put in place a quality management system
  • Set up and manage the control system for compliance with procedures and quality assurance methods (audit plan, training and evaluation of auditors …)
  • Pilot certification projects
  • Analyze a problematic situation in a complex environment
  • Develop recommendations, propose solutions and scenarios for improvement

Training and knowledge transfer

  • Synthesize a methodology or knowledge to capitalize and transmit

 

Regulatory and contractual management

  • Know the regulations in force in your specialty or sector

Monitoring, analysis and document management

Perform a watch and a documentary search

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

Courses :  Bac +5 Engineering school with a specialization in quality Bac +5 university with a specialization in quality

Professional Experience : You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in quality management / procedures
