Corporate Services Director

Mission
As a member of the Management Committee, you actively contribute to the definition and implementation of CK S.A.’s strategy. You bring an innovative and cross-functional perspective to key decisions and play a driving role in anticipating challenges, continuous improvement, risk management and sustainable value creation.
You are responsible for coordinating and developing all support functions under your leadership, namely: Accounting & Billing, Procurement, Human Resources, Compliance, Quality & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Reception & General Services.
You are a key contributor to the company’s governance and participate directly in strategic decision-making within the Management Committee.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Leadership
- Lead and unite support teams to ensure performance, alignment and operational excellence
- Actively contribute to the work and decisions of the Management Committee
- Continuously align support functions with the company’s overall strategy
- Design, deploy and continuously improve internal processes (optimization, risk control, value creation)
- Foster a culture of efficiency, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Drive the modernization of support functions through process digitalization and the responsible use of AI
Accounting & Billing
- Secure and manage accounting and billing activities, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with legal, regulatory and reporting requirements
- Structure and manage relationships with external partners (fiduciary, auditors, tax advisors)
- Deploy proportionate, robust internal control frameworks aligned with the company’s challenges
Procurement
- Optimize procurement processes and supplier management (quality, costs, delivery timelines)
- Ensure compliance, transparency and traceability of purchasing procedures
- Anticipate needs, negotiate and formalize contracts in collaboration with operational teams
Human Resources
- Develop HR activities and processes in support of strategy and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour law and internal standards
- Support and equip managers in team development, accountability and performance
- Contribute to organizational and cultural transformation projects
Compliance, Quality & CSR
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Compliance & CSR Manager
- Strengthen compliance, quality and CSR frameworks (risk management / value creation)
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (including PSF obligations where applicable)
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness of policies, procedures and internal controls
- Promote a culture of ethics and responsibility
General Services
- Supervise reception activities, ensuring a high-quality welcome aligned with CK S.A.’s image and standards
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of internal services (employee and visitor experience)

Experience Required
- Significant experience in a senior leadership or transversal management role, acquired over several years, ideally within a structured SME environment
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership or transversal management position, preferably in an SME or human-sized organization
- Strong understanding of the support functions you will oversee
