CK Group is a Luxembourg company founded in 1946. Since its inception, the company has been active in two areas that have shaped the success of its founder: the professional office world and sports.

Through our CK | Office Technologies brand (150 employees), we offer rental and sales of digital solutions for printing, scanning and global management of your business documents. We also offer a multitude of services to support businesses.

Our CK | Sport&Fitness brand (50 employees) comprises 4 fitness centers in Luxembourg as well as the Kockelscheuer sports complex.

We are looking for a :

 

Major Account Manager (H/F)

 

MAIN MISSIONS

Your main mission will be to ensure the development of CK’s activities within the key accounts for which you will be responsible.

 

MAIN TASKS

Management of key account customers (GC) :

Set up a key account approach to retain existing GC customers and find new GC customers.

Sales actions :

  • Active prospecting (canvassing, networking, etc.)
  • Regularly visit existing customers, detect and define customer needs, ensure satisfaction with work carried out, etc.
  • Organize customer visits with pre-sales (i.e. before preparing a quotation), the project manager (i.e. for technical support)
  • Actively participate in the preparation and follow-up of commercial offers
  • Close sales and complete order details
  • Act as a business introducer / business developer within GC customers for certain CK departments
  • Meet and monitor business objectives, analyze results and plan actions.

Marketing activities :

Active participation in defining and monitoring the marketing plan
Participation in and organization of events, in collaboration with Marketing

Joint actions with sales management :

Uniform strategy for key account customers in sales force portfolios
Follow-up of procedures and feasible improvements
Interactive meetings with department managers

Sales / after-sales service, invoicing, accounting :

Coordination with after-sales service to ensure quality project implementation and customer satisfaction
Coordination with finance departments to ensure that delivered projects are properly taken into account, and that customer payments are followed up (reminders issued if necessary), etc.

 

YOUR PROFILE

Professional experience :

  • Proven experience in Key Account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in managing private and government bidding processes, with knowledge of associated regulations and requirements.

Education: 3 years’ higher education in Marketing Techniques/Economics or equivalent.

Qualities and Skills :

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Good writing skills (spelling, vocabulary…)
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Team spirit
  • Good knowledge of the company and its organization
  • Good command of IT and office automation tools (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) and CRM.

Langues : Fluency in French and English is essential; Luxembourgish would be a real asset. Any other language, such as German, would be a plus.
