GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Join a dynamic group with a strong reputation in the marketplace, becoming the privileged contact for our clients for the sale of our industrial and production printing systems (high-volume production peripherals). You will be responsible for prospecting, supporting, and following up with a portfolio of professional clients (SMEs, Large Accounts, Administrations, etc.) to whom you will offer our innovative equipment and services in high-volume printing. Your role will be key to developing the visibility and reputation of the CK Group in the production printing sector. You will work closely with our technical and support teams to propose comprehensive solutions that perfectly meet the specific needs of each client. If you have a taste for challenge, a conquering spirit, and wish to evolve within a recognized and ambitious structure, this position is for you! Moreover, we are open to technical profiles (operators, technicians) with a solid knowledge of the industrial and production printing field, looking to transition to a sales career.
MAIN MISSIONS

Prospection & Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new potential clients (communication agencies, printers, internal reprography services, etc.).
- Analyze and understand the needs of your clients to propose our adapted production printing solutions (renting, selling, maintenance, associated services).
Consulting & Selling Technical Solutions: - Present and highlight our range of production printers and our high value-added services.
- Develop tailored commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure a thorough follow-up on client satisfaction in coordination with our technical teams.
Portfolio Management & Customer Loyalty: - Manage and develop a portfolio of clients.
- Build long-term trust relationships.
- Actively participate in competitive intelligence to anticipate market developments and propose innovative offers.
Events & Marketing: - Participate in industry trade shows and events (in Luxembourg and Europe) to increase the visibility of CK | Office Technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted actions (webinars, demonstrations, etc.).
Internal Collaboration: - Work synergistically with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to propose relevant comprehensive offers.
- Participate in regular meetings to share field feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
MAIN TASKS
As part of your missions, you will be required to carry out the following actions: - Analyze and qualify professional printing needs (volumes, flows, qualitative requirements, etc.).
- Establish complete commercial proposals and ensure the presentation of solutions (demonstrations, client visits, etc.).
- Negotiate and sign contracts for the sale or rental of production machines.
- Follow up on the implementation of solutions with clients, in coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure technological monitoring of the printing market and new trends (equipment, print management software, Cloud services, etc.).
- Participate in professional events (trade shows, conferences) in Europe to promote our offers.
- Carry out marketing actions such as managing booths, organizing conferences (in-person or virtual) to generate leads and increase the visibility of our Group.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the demands of travel and events.
- Provide regular reporting of your activities (revenue, margin, sales forecasts, etc.) and contribute to achieving set objectives.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Education: Minimum Bac +2/3 in commerce, marketing, or management (or equivalent).
Experience:
You must highlight a successful experience as a B2B sales representative, ideally in the field of production printing solutions.
OR
If you come from a technical background, you should have solid experience as an operator/technician in the field of industrial and production printing, with a desire to shift towards sales.

Languages: Proficiency in French and English is imperative. Another language (Luxembourgish or German) is an asset.
