Through our brand CK | Office Technologies (150 employees), we offer rental and sales of digital solutions for printing, scanning, and comprehensive management of your professional documents. We also provide a wide range of services to support you, allowing you to focus fully on your core business.
Our brand CK | Sport&Fitness (50 employees) supports you in your personal sports development. You can find us in one of our four fitness centers in Bertrange, Esch/Alzette, Junglinster, and Mersch, as well as in our sports complex Sportcenter in Kockelscheuer.

1 JUNIOR SALES ADVISOR (m/f)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Join a dynamic and highly reputed group in Luxembourg by becoming the key contact for our clients in the sale of our printing products and comprehensive solutions.
You will be responsible for prospecting, supporting, and managing a portfolio of professional clients (SMEs), to whom you will offer our innovative equipment and services.
Your role will be essential in enhancing the visibility and reputation of CK Group within the Office Printing sector. You will work closely with our technical and support teams to deliver tailored, comprehensive solutions that precisely meet each client’s specific needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role offers you the unique opportunity to play a key role in developing a strategic market within our Group, actively contributing to its growth and success.
You will help implement printing and software solutions for new clients and will need to understand how these solutions work in order to communicate their advantages and benefits effectively.
Business Development & Prospecting:
- Identify and approach potential new clients
- Analyze and understand client needs, and recommend suitable Office Printing solutions (rental, sales, maintenance, associated services)
Technical Consulting & Sales:
- Present and promote our range of production printers and value-added services
- Develop tailored commercial offers and negotiate contracts
- Ensure rigorous client satisfaction follow-up in collaboration with our technical teams
Events & Marketing:
- Participate in trade shows and events (in Luxembourg and across Europe) to increase CK | Office Technologies’ visibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns (webinars, demos, etc.)
Internal Collaboration:
- Work in synergy with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to propose relevant comprehensive offers
- Participate in regular meetings to share field feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services
MAIN TASKS:
As part of your duties, you will be expected to carry out the following:
- Analyze and qualify professional printing needs (volumes, workflows, quality requirements, etc.)
- Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals and present solutions (demonstrations, client visits, etc.)
- Negotiate and finalize sales or rental contracts for production machines
- Oversee solution implementation at client sites in coordination with technical teams
- Monitor industry trends and innovations (hardware, print management software, cloud services, etc.)
- Represent our offerings at professional events (trade fairs, conferences) across Europe
- Conduct marketing activities such as managing stands or organizing in-person/virtual conferences to generate leads and boost our Group’s visibility
- Show flexibility regarding travel and event-related requirements
- Regularly report on your activity (turnover, margin, sales forecasts, etc.) and contribute to meeting set objectives
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Education: Minimum Bac +2 (Associate Degree), preferably in sales/marketing
Experience: A first successful sales experience is a plus

- Strong interest in new technologies and IT

- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and diplomatic skills
- Strong oral and written communication
