CK Group is a Luxembourg-based company founded in 1946. Since its creation, CK has been active in two business areas that have shaped the success of its founder: professional office technology and sports.

Through our CK | Office Technologies brand (150 employees), we offer rental and sales solutions for digital printing, scanning and the overall management of your business documents. We also provide a wide range of services to support you, allowing you to focus fully on your core business.

We are currently looking for the following profile to join our IT department:

Senior Full Stack Developer (M/F)

Permanent Contract, Full-time

CK Group has made software development a strategic priority in its evolution. Our ambition: to design applications that bring real value to our clients by combining Full Stack development, automation and artificial intelligence.

This ambition is taking shape notably through ECKO, our application platform accessible on computers, mobile devices and printing systems. Translation, summarisation and anonymisation of content, document traceability: ECKO transforms information into resources that our clients can put directly to use.

We are looking for a senior developer to further develop this platform and contribute to the creation of new software solutions.

Your role

Reporting directly to CK Group's IT Director, you will participate in the design and development of ECKO. You will contribute to architectural and technology decisions to build reliable, secure and scalable applications.

Working closely with the sales teams, you will analyse client needs and propose features and solutions tailored to how they work.

As a technical lead within the development team, you will share your methods, support the resolution of complex problems and help improve development practices, particularly the use of AI tools.

What might make you want to join us

  • A tangible product and a say in its evolution. You will develop ECKO, contribute to technical decisions and participate in designing the Group's next software solutions.
  • Close involvement with client needs. You will understand how clients work, challenge requests and contribute to shaping the offering as well as its technical implementation.
  • A key role in a strategic activity. You will contribute to developing and structuring CK's software business, with the prospect of playing a major role in the medium term, while remaining directly involved in development.
  • AI in both products and practices. You will help integrate AI features into applications and expand their use within the team, with a constant focus on quality and confidentiality.

The profile we are looking for

You have at least five years of experience in software development and a higher education qualification in computer science (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

You have already designed, delivered and enhanced applications. You can explain your technical choices and adapt solutions to project constraints.

You bring:

  • Strong backend expertise in one of the following environments: Python, Node.js, .NET or PHP, along with a good command of JavaScript and SQL.
  • Experience in frontend development with Svelte or a comparable framework.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, containerisation and automated deployment in a Linux environment.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development, including the ability to define tasks clearly and verify the quality of the results.

Experience integrating AI features into a product or working with cloud platforms would be an asset.

You are fluent in both French and English.

You enjoy understanding the needs behind a request, proposing solutions and sharing what you learn. You want to continue developing software while taking on a technical leadership role.

Let's talk about what you've built and what we could develop together.

OUR OFFER:

We offer you:

  • A stable, well-established Group with strong roots in Luxembourg's economic landscape.
  • A family-owned company with an excellent reputation and a long-standing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
  • A stimulating, dynamic environment, a committed team and a positive working atmosphere that values autonomy, innovation and initiative.
  • The opportunity to build an ambitious project and contribute to developing a strategic offering in the market.
  • An attractive salary package (fixed + variable) and benefits that reflect your skills and potential.
