Through our brand CK | Office Technologies (150 employees), we offer rental and sales of digital solutions for printing, scanning, and overall management of your professional documents. We also provide a multitude of services to support you, enabling you to fully focus on your core business.
Our brand CK | Sport&Fitness provides support and sports development for its clients, at one of our four fitness centers in Luxembourg as well as in our Sportcenter complex in Kockelscheuer.
We are currently looking, for CK s.a., to hire for a permanent position:
Documentalist (LUX/GER/FRA - M/F)
Permanent Contract, Full-time
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Documentalist, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing our documentary resources. Your role will be essential to ensure access to relevant information and to support teams in their documentary research.
MAIN TASKS
Document Management
- Collect, classify, and organize internal and external (physical and digital) company documents.
- Implement an effective filing and archiving system, ensuring regular updates of information.
- Maintain and preserve documents to ensure their integrity and longevity.
Document Research
- Conduct documentary research at the request of teams to meet specific needs.
- Develop thematic documentary files to support ongoing projects.
- Identify, analyze, and synthesize information to facilitate access and understanding.
Dissemination and Awareness
- Ensure the dissemination of relevant information to teams, according to their needs.
- Train employees on documentary research tools and methods.
- Create training and information materials (guides, internal newsletters) to improve the use of documentary resources.
Information Monitoring
- Establish regular monitoring on the company’s strategic themes (industry news, technological developments, etc.).
- Provide analyses and summary reports on collected information to inform company decisions.
Document Management Tools
- Administer and optimize documentary software and databases.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting new document management tools.
- Ensure the security of confidential information, adhering to confidentiality and compliance policies.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Education: Degree in documentation, library science, information management, or equivalent field.
Experience: A successful first experience in the field.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to simplify information.
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Languages: Fluency in the three national languages (Luxembourgish, French, German) is essential. Good written proficiency in English is also required.
