We also offer a multitude of services to support you so that you can concentrate fully on your core business.

Our brand CK | Sport&Fitness (50 employees) accompanies you in your personal development in sports. You can find us in one of our 4 fitness centers in Bertrange, Esch/Alzette, Junglinster and Mersch as well as in our Sportcenter complex in Kockelscheuer.

To complete our staff we are recruiting :

1 Billing Officer (M/F) – Luxembourg

 

Within a team of 4 people you will be in charge of :

Management of orders

  • Creation of the customer
  • Encoding of products and accessories
  • Financing request
  • Final invoicing

Contract management

  • Opening, creation and encoding
  • Monthly management and amendments
  • Closing

Management of invoicing on specific portals

  • ARIBA
  • COUPA
  • CHORUS

Various administrative tasks

  • Management of letters and cancellations
  • Responses to customer requests
  • Establishment of monthly closing listings

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

Education: Minimum of 2 years of higher education in the field of administration/accounting

Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar position

Desired qualities :

  • Good communication skills
  • Organization and rigor
  • Respect for procedures
  • Fast learning / Autonomy
  • Team Spirit oriented

Computer skills:

  • Mastery of computer tools
  • Mastery of office automation tools (Word, advanced Excel)
  • Ability to use an ERP system

 

Languages: French is a must. English and Luxembourgish are assets.
