Through our brand CK | Office Technologies (150 employees) we offer the rental and sale of digital solutions for printing, scanning and the global management of your professional documents. We also offer a multitude of services to support you so that you can fully concentrate on your core business.
Our brand CK | Sport&Fitness (50 employees) accompanies you in your personal development in sports. You can find us in one of our 4 fitness centers in Bertrange, Esch/Alzette, Junglinster and Mersch as well as in our Sportcenter complex in Kockelscheuer.
We are currently looking for, for our commercial department :
1 SALES ASSISTANT (m/f)

Availability: ASAP
TASKS :
To assist the sales representatives and the management in the commercial administrative management
Commercial and daily administrative management:
- Follow-up of the commercial activity (diary, closing of files, respect of processing deadlines…)
- Preparation and layout of commercial offers
- Processing of commercial offers and orders (follow-up of customer files, modification of customer contracts, updating of technical brochures)
- Preparation of bidding documents (forms, specifications…)
- Creation of commercial presentations (files or Powerpoint)
- Updating the database (prospects, customers…)
- Realization and transmission of the files of orders for the invoicing
Teamwork :
- Assist the sales representatives in their daily activity (anticipate, follow up with the sales representatives on the processing of their activity, reminders, verification of actions taken,)
- Improve the existing organization (proposal force, initiative taking, implementation of new procedures…)
- Optimize collaboration with other departments (after-sales service, billing, etc.)
- Ensure the back up and the good functioning between the different departments in case of absence
Participate in promotional operations:
Participate in shows, fairs, internal or external exhibitions
REQUIRED PROFILE
Education: Minimum of 2 years of higher education in the commercial / administrative / secretarial sector
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position, junior profile accepted
Qualities and Skills :
- Mastery of computer and office automation tools (WORD, EXCEL) PowerPoint is a plus
- Good knowledge of the company and its operations

Language :
Fluency in French is imperative. Good level of English. Any other language (German, Luxembourgish…) is an asset.
